Q: What types of situations do people get coaching for?
A: A coach can assist you with any situation you are facing. Some of the issues my clients get resolution for include (and are not limited to):

Q: Can I release anything – behaviour, habit, negative thinking, anything?
A: YES – if it’s time for you to let it go, absolutely! Imagine going to a coach to be similar to cooking. First you might ascertain what you like and don’t like to eat. Once you know the basics you set about designing the menu. Then you write out your shopping list and buy the items. When you’re home again you mix and measure and follow a method or recipe feeling free to add a few bits here and there. Throughout the whole process you continue to have your preferred outcome in mind. Once the meal is complete you eat it and generally comment on whether you liked it or not and maybe even rate it. If it works and you feel good, you’ll do it again. If it perhaps didn’t turn out as you would have liked you either decide not to do it again or try again at a later time to which you’ll tweak it and work with it until you master the recipe. Soon you’ll be flying solo without needing to consult the recipe at all, just every now and then to refresh yourself.

Q: What is your coach specific training?

Q: What specialised skills or experience do you bring to your coaching?
A: As well as my specific training and hundreds of hands on coaching and teaching hours, I am intuitive, playful, passionate, unique and purposeful. I am devoted to helping clients create pathways into a reality that is sustainable and inspirational. A life where you create spectacular whenever you choose. At the beginning of the day, this is your journey and your life – you are your own expert. I see my role as a guide, teacher an outside perspective that is here to serve, support, nurture and challenge you in your growth to being all you deserve to be.

Q: What is your philosophy about coaching?
A: Coaching is a tool that can allow anyone to change and enhance the quality of their life. It is a process of discovery and creativity where you can fully, completely and lovingly get to know the deepest depths of yourself. It allows you to take responsibility for your actions, reactions and results in all areas of your life. It is definitely exciting and sometimes confrontational to know yourself with such authenticity. I look back to how I was without it and rejoice in who I am now because of it. There are many great things about being coached and one of them is how it empowers you to commit to the life you dream of and succeed in surpassing it. If you know things must change and you also know the only person to make the change is you then you’re in the right place. Make it easier on yourself and get coached today.

Q: What is your specific process for coaching? (How sessions are conducted, frequency etc)
A: Coaching can be conducted a number of ways. The most effective includes:
• Face-to-Face (our office is conveniently located in St Kilda Melbourne)
• Telephone
• Skype

A session will generally run for 60 – 90 minutes. Each session/program is specifically tailored to your needs, desires and results.

We find it is best that you schedule 30 minutes of uninterrupted time prior to and after your session - where you are in a quiet space, free from all distractions. This provides the necessary environment for deeper connection with yourself on an integrated level. Remember this is your journey to enjoy. The more you put into this the more outstanding your results will be.

Email support and laser coaching is also available.

Generally I recommend new clients initially have weekly appointments as this assists in the integration of the sometimes new concepts that we will be exploring. It’s like building a house on a solid foundation. Throughout your journey we will openly discuss your progress, ensuring we are on track for your goals. Rest assured when you’re done you (and I) will know you are. At that point you will have the skills you require to live your life more easily and effortlessly than ever before. And for the times when some extra internal renovations are needed - we can be there too.

Q: What are some coaching success stories? (Specific examples of individuals who have done well and examples of how you have added value)
A: One client had reoccurring struggles and felt they always needed to take the hard, long road for things to have meaning. They would move forward and back, forward and back ever slowly edging towards their goal of becoming a successful, professional, fulltime singer and artist. They knew where they truly wanted to go yet challenged it at every step, that they could be the one to ‘make it’. With this lack of confidence and self-esteem the dream kept slipping further and further away. Frustrated and with everything to gain we began a coaching relationship. By working together we identified the sabotaging triggers and limiting beliefs, the I cant’s, I wont’s and I couldnt’s. We then rebuilt, reprogrammed and rewired these thought patterns into ones that were sustainable and empowering. Within a month their confidence had increased by 40%, they were seeing clear distinctions between sabotaging and self-discipline, their energy and passion had reignited and they were once again excited about the future. Having greater awareness of how their choices were creating their future and how they can make better choices by identifying and aligning with their values has been proved invaluable. Q: What can I expect?
A: Your alternative health care coach has been trained and certified in Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis at the Master Coach and Trainer level and will be using these techniques. The coaching will probably be different from what you might have expected because once we have gathered enough information about your problem we begin to move forward.

It is very important for us to discover the internal thought process of HOW you create the problem. We are interested in identifying your strategy of how you do it rather than why. Because our focus is on structure, that means that, once we discover it, we can move on and focus on having the problem disappear very quickly.

The coaching process allows you to learn new ways of communicating with youreself and those around you. You will reconnect and realign yourself to know internally who you are, what you want and where you’re going. In other words being who you need to BE, to do what you want to DO in order to have what you want to HAVE. Once your relationship with yourself blossoms you will find that wealth and transformation are inevitable. You grow.

Q: What is the process?
A: We begin with you telling us the problem. We will ask you for examples of the problem and other questions to discover HOW you do it in your head. We will also probe to discover the source of the problem - the precipitating event(s). Some time before the end of this part of the session we will ask you what has to happen so you will know the problem is gone.

Q: What happens after the session/s?
A: We will probably assign you some very specific tasks to do. If assigned these tasks, they are absolutely, a fundamental part of the coaching session. They may take up to several days or weeks to complete. The tasks are directly related to the circumstances that created the problem. YOU MUST DO THEM. If you do not, then neither you nor we can predict the outcome of the coaching. Certainly, any guarantees will not be valid if you do not do the tasking.

The second thing that is important is that you will need to stubbornly focus of what you want. The people who are the happiest over-all in life are those who recognise that you have a choice to focus on what you don’t want or what you DO want. You can focus on negative emotions and things that make you feel bad, or you can focus on positive emotions and things that make you feel good. It is your choice. After the session, YOU MUST FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT and TAKE ACTION and this may include you’re enforcing your boundaries. These steps are for you to perform OUTSIDE the office, and they are not in the Coach’s control - therefore no responsibility can or will be accepted for your results not achieved.

Finally, if you feel your old behaviour/problem reappearing, then you must refuse to run that pattern again. Please remember that we have the utmost total and complete respect for you and absolutely no respect for your old problem.

Q: What is my responsibility?
A: While, during the session, we will offer you guidance and other ways of looking at your problems and its solutions for your consideration, you hereby agree that whatever we discuss is only our perspective and is not binding upon you, nor is it a prescription. It is your responsibility to confirm whether or not any changes we made produced the desired results. It is your responsibility to communicate your results to us. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching. The bottom line is that clients who diligently put the learnings into practice outside our sessions, get far more out of the coaching program. It is much easier to build a house on top of a solid foundation, so each week affects the next one.

Q: What is my commitment?
A: It is important for momentum in your coaching journey that sessions are initially scheduled on a weekly basis. This will ensure maximum integration of the sometimes new concepts you will be learning. Your commitment throughout this program is what will make the difference for you. For you to create the change you want, you must be prepared to challenge some of your old concepts of who you are, what you are capable of and what you stand for. Coaching is where we focus on your agenda. You will be the star of this show, and it is up to you to come prepared to give it all you’ve got.

PERSONAL COACHING

Our coaching style incorporates techniques using Intuition, NLP, Time Line Therapy™, Hypnosis, Visualisation, EFT, Accessing Ui, Ancient Hawaiian Huna Healing and more.

Our intention is to educate, inspire and coach you in letting go of negative thought patterns and behaviours replacing them with new and improved ways of living your life more joyously. We focus on how a problem is a problem for you rather than why it is a problem. How you think instead of what you think. By identifying the ‘how’ we deconstruct the problem, so it no longer exists in the same way. In some cases you don’t even need to disclose the actual problem for it to be cleared. WOW! NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)
Have you ever repeatedly done something you don’t like and wondered why you continue to do it time and again? Like biting your nails, or arguing, or eating more even though you’re already full. What about thoughts fuelled with negative emotions? Have you noticed these patterns before, do they sound familiar?

NLP is an extremely powerful and effective tool. It can facilitate change in most behaviours and habits regardless of how long you have had it. Each week you will discover, learn and re-acquaint yourself with and master different skills and techniques. Some weeks you will be given an actual assignment that must be completed for home play, however in all weeks, for you to get the very best out of this program it will be up to you to demonstrate and put into practice the tools you learn within our sessions.
